*Socket 764 for AMD Athlon64
*slots: 1x AGP 8X, 6x PCI
*IDE: 2x ATA 133 up to 4 Devices
*SATA: 2x Serial ATA with RAID 0/1
*Onboard Audio: Realtek ALC655 6-CH
*Onboard LAN: Marvell MV8001 Gbt Ethernet

SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9800PRO Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP

Kingston ValueRAM Dual Channel Kit 184 Pin 1G(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200

The 939s were more expensive. Is there a major difference? And how much better is 6600GT than 9800pro

Socket 754 will have dual cores, on the mobile chips that is. Which the mobiles are just like the XP-Mobiles in that they run cooler and OC quite a bit.

Socket 939 will be lasting longer than 754.
Just read my signature if you are interested at it.
also, I suggest you to buy the PSU separately, don't ever use the PSU that comes with case.
I recommend Seasonic, Zippy, Enermax.
