fan placement

i just put in a 120mm fan on top of my case to exhaust hot air. my other fans go as follows. 1 92mm vantec tornado on my thermalright heatsink for my cpu, 1 80mm vantec tornado on the front bottom of my case for cool air intake, 2 regular 80mm antec case fans in the rear upper part of my case for air exhaust and 1 vantec spectrum card for my video card. is this the optimal settings for the fans i have or can anyone think of another option that may do better at keeping things cool.
