FAN - Intake or Exhaust? MS paint Diagram included!

I am planning on adding another Fan to my case.
However i will have to make a place for it by cutting out a place for it on the bottom of my case. But thats why they make Dremels, right?

I think I'm gonna cut one hole about the size of the Fan ill be using.. (was thinking of cutting slits or little wholes)

But anyway should it be an intake? or exuast?

There is really no airflow under my card.
My CPU+mobo are both pretty cool. just my card gets a lil toasty after a couple hours of play. It doesn't get too hot. but higher than i like. (specially memory and capacitors)

so intake ? exhaust?

PS, Paint on W7 is awsome.

the bottom should be an intake, the rear fan should be an exhaust, rotate your heatsink to blow the hot air towards the rear exhaust fan, and the side panel fan should be an intake.
