Default Is the fan and heatsink that comes with the amd 3200 sufficient?

Will the stock fan and heatsink that come retail with the 3200 winnie be good enough for some oc'ing? Like to 2.3 gigs?

i currently have the 3200 stock heatsink right now. currently at 39c , full load is around 47c. its not bad for a stock. but i havent got time yet to overclock it.

They are usually good for overclocking, it depends ALOT on your current temperatures and how much more voltage the chip needs
