Fan Controller Help.

I recently bought the vantec tornado. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811999613

It creates awesome airflow but its crazy loud, i dont mind the noise but i want to control the speed on this thing. The fan comes with a rpm monitoring plug and power thats it. How would i go about hooking it up to this rheobus. http://www.frozencpu.com/bus-54.html i read on one of the reviews that something has to be done to the fan to use it with a fan controller. I have that fan controller and it comes with pigtails to use ether the standard 3pin or the 4pin molex stye connectors. I don't think you will have to do anything special to get it to work.

Why would you have to cut and soldier? It comes with both connectors/adaptors,, ( I shouldn't have said pigtails should I!! sorry)

Crap what was I smoking that is a sunbeam I thought it was a vantec it looks almost the same, I don't know if that one comes with the connectors or not,,, my bad!

Can someone point out what kinda connectors will i need. Heres the pics again of the fan and fan controller. Remember that 3 pin plug in the fan is for rpm monitoring only but will it still work if i just plug it in to the rheobus?

What if i just use one of these 4-3 pin conector and plug the 4 pin molex side into the fan and the other 3 pin into the rheobus will that work? http://www.xoxide.com/4to3.html
