Fan controller for 120mm, four-pin fans

I'm using an Antec P160 with the two stock 120mm fans for cooling - the problem is that the fan controller I'm trying to use (Have an Aerogate 3, might try one of Vantec's Nexus controllers eventually) has run-o'-the-mill three-pin connections. Now, the 4-pin > 3-pin adapters I have don't work because of the connection type on the controller, and I would really rather not start splicing/soldering things.

I'm a bit confused about what options are here. A different case using 80s/90s is an option, but ... meh.

na just get different 120 mm fans. i beleive there should be some with the 3 pin.

The fans I've seen have an additional 3-pin connector, but only with a signal wire - not power, so two of the pins are dead... not sure how that would even work.
