Default External PCI cases?

Just saw this at circuit city... it's a WinTV-PVR-150 for 50 bucks.

It is a PCI card.

I want to get this for my laptop, and I don't want to open my laptop/know if I'll be successful.

Is there an external housing unit for PCI cards, that say, adapt the need for a PCI connection to require a USB connection?

Just thinking how to get around this problem. I've seen internal harddrive external casing units... maybe this is possible?

I saw that- then I looked at the price. $979-999??... I was wondering if there's anything like this that's mass produced for about $30 bucks.

Oh well, it was worth a shot. There's a WinTV usb selling for $100 After Rebate. I think I'll just get that.

Having a PCI to USB/PCMCIA or whatever would be kind of cool, but for this kind of money.

I hope you've learned about this just as much as I have.
