Ex Ide Case

1. Probably a stupid lay person ? but here it goes. Attempting to purchase a case for my WD600 60G HD. Old CPU crashed and would like to use old HD as ext back-up and also retrieve HUNDREDS of family digital photos. My WD 600 measures 5 3/4" x 4" x 1". I cannot seem to find any cases that fit those specs. I have a strong feeling that I AM MISSING THE POINT as usual. Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated. Semper Fi
