Default Memory timing problems

Well I just recently set my DDR2-800 Corsair Memory to their stock timings(5-5-5-12) and went into Everest to make sure they were set correctly. Then I realised the everest Timings were bork bork... this is what they say:
@ 400 MHz 5.0-5-5-18 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS)
@ 270 MHz 4.0-4-4-13 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS)

I checked CPU-Z and it showed the correct timings, but when I went to the timing table it showed the same thing. I'm a bit new with the Memory specs so if i'm missing something obvious here....
CPU: Core 2 Duo E6600
MOBO: P5W DH Deluxe
RAM: 2GB DDR2-800 Corsair RAM
PSU: OCZ GameXStream 700W
SPU: X-FI XTreme Music
HDD: 10,000RPM 150GB Raptor

All in a Thermaltake Armor
Got a few LEDs too...
