Error When Overclocking CPU

Whenever I overclock my CPU and while Windows is booting, it will suddenly bring me to a blue screen with an error message on it (white text). The error is telling me to do all sorts of things like check for viruses and run in Safe Mode, but when I drop the speed again, Windows will boot without any flaws. My goal is 2.5gHZ, someone please help me to reach this goal!

ahh u have encountered wut every1 does at some point. how much are u ocing? if its more than .15 or .2 than u should up the voltage a tiny bit, that is y u are crashing when u oc ur system becomes unstable up the voltage to the cpu to stabalize it again.
