keep pumping the core voltage up. I wouldn't pass 1.5v if I were you, but don't lower the voltage when you lower your fsb. Take it to 1.45 or so and then find the highest fsb that it will work at and go form there.

ok i got the system on with 3.6 GHz with 1.5 core voltage but don't know if its stable

Run Prime 95, Orthos or Intel Burn test. I prefer Intel Burn Test. It's what Intel uses to test their chips before shipping and it only takes a few minutes.

Ok so Intel Burn test restarted my computer at 3.6? lol so i toned it down to 3.4 and it said success

hmmm, take her back up to 3.6 for a 3dmark run. She may not be stable for everyday use, but she probably is stable enough for a 3dmark run. Just take her back down once you are done.
