DVI Vs HDTV?

Im Gettin an Xbox360 and i dont have a TV in my room I was gonna get a 20" LCD HDTV, now I already have a 19" LCD what i was wondering is If i get a PCI HDTV wonder TV tuner card would i get as good as a picture as HDTV or no? I have it connected thru DVI

You will loose quality since you don't have a 1920x1080 display and you will have a widescreen.
Less Contrast
Less Brightness

But its still alot better than a normal TV
