Ok, assasin, I'm sorry, please post your pc specs, I promise I won't laugh and give you my opinion on what the best upgrade would be! But it seems your computer is store bought, and I think you have to read up about computers a little bit more before you do an upgrade. It is very likely that the best option is actually a complete upgrade to a new system. (custom built one of course!)
