DFI mother Bord question

Ok I know this is dumb cuz i already have the bord but whats the DIf between these 2 bords and wich is better to get

im no newby tech but the only dif i see is the sempron support between the 2

The motherboards are the same. I think the Non Ut comes with a monitoring kit, and a few more extra things like more cables, etc. It is defenetly not worth the extra 30 dollars. Also, as of now, there is no retail 939 sempron. If one comes out, all 939 motherboards should be able to support them.
