Ok.
So far I'm preparing to order:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...145-529&depa=0
CORSAIR VALUESELECT 240-Pin 512MB DDR2 PC2-4200
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...116-171&depa=0
Intel Pentium 4/ 3.0E GHz 800MHz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache

You think that along with my current specs it will be a decent gaming computer?

And I almost forgot
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...182-010&depa=0
Rosewill 550W Black Mirror Power Supply with 1 x 120mm UV Blue LED Fan

It all adds up to $311.99, which isn't that bad I think. Thanks for the help Ankush, sorry to bother you with so many questions, but I'm really excited about this ) It's my first time upgrading my comp with my own money.

I'm ordering the RAM you mentioned above to save the $20

Lol, aright then. I'll go with the faster one since RAM is something that plays an important role.
$328.66.

I'll be ordering it sometime next week. Tuesday-Wednesday.
And I also heard that the Prescott CPUs are great when it comes to O/C.
