What about this one? But then I'd have to get a new mobo :/

Or this one?
I'm kinda tight on budget.

I can spend about 300$.

I don't really want to spend money on a new Video Card because I just got this one about 3 months ago and it was pretty expensive, $160. I'm thinking of using it for about 3-4 months and then when I have a lil more money buy a better one. I also need a new PSU - I'm getting Rosswell 550W, it looks kinda nice and has good reviews.
As far as the CPU is concerned if the previous ones don't meet the requirements this one seems pretty nice http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...116-171&depa=0 but will it be compatible with my current mobo (i'd think so since it's also a pentium pcu)?

I found this, it isn't expensive and some positive comments.

Hehe, thanks man I really appreciate your help. At the moment I have 256 MB of RAM(2x128). Will there be room for this one? And I'd really like your opinion on that $180 PCU.
