i am wondering how to cut my case?/ and when i do how do you attach the plexiglass to the case when done?

You can use a dremel, or anything really that cuts metal (obviously). To attach the plexiglass most people around here use double sided industrial tape, seems to work the best overall.

Any rotary tool with a cut-off wheel will work. If you are cutting in a straight line a jig saw with a metal blade work pretty well. (a lot faster). Pre- drill a hole to stick the blade in and cut away.
For the dremel method. To cut any type of radius think of a stop sign and cut inside of it in that pattern. then make the "stop sign" pattern again. Once you've gotten close to the edge use a sanding wheel to finish.

AS mentioned the jig saw and dremel are best for cutting. Jig saw is fastest but if its your first time using it be careful on the corners it can get away from you...maybe practice on some scrap wood or something first. I usually do the corners with a hole saw to get congruent corners and then the straight parts with the jig saw.
First thing to do is tape the case off with painters tape, it will protect the case and help keep the temps down a bit as well. trace the window out on the inside of the case wall and cut from the inside so that if the dremel or jig saw skips on you it won't mark up the stock finish.
Once you've finished the cutout use a file to soften the sharp edges and pick up some u-channeling to cover up the edges and then using 3M Industrial double sided tape (available at your local hardware store) lay it down around the edges, to save some $$$ cut the tape length wise to double your quantity, you don't need it that wide.
Cut your acrylic sheet to size for the window and lay it down on the tape...presto, cut out completed.
Another way to cut a circle with the dremel is to use the cutout blade on an angle, it will make a semi-circle cut line that way. For an INSIDE TURN hold the dremel so that the blade is facing away from you at a 45 degree angle from the sheet, lower the blade in at that angle and you'll get a semi-circle cut, continue with that angle all along the cut and you should get a nice circular cutout.
