Exclamation crysis performance config tweaks?

anyone know a good crysis tweak to get better FPS overall? also, how do i put them on? i read somthing about system file or somthing u gotta name, can anyone walk me through that? I never drop below 30fps on all low settings, get about 20fps with eberything high. i know, my cpu is bottlenecking me, gunna get a new motherboard and cpu soon.

specs:
KN8 SLI
8800GT SC 512mb
AMD 64bit 3200+ (OC'd to 2.12ghz (highest it can go stable for me)
2gb ram
