increase the ram voltage in the smallest increment possible.
also, you may try raising your cas latency to 3, you will gain more of an overclock and lose really no performance.
okay so you have a 25% increase in ram frequency and that is going to be a challenge for any ram to manage. i still say drop it to ddr 333. im tellin ya man. the loss in ram speed will be worth the gain in cpu speed.

^^correct^^
your ram is ddr 400. which means its speed is 200mhz.
ddr333 would have a speed of 166mhz (which your ram can obviously handle), giving you the headroom (up to 200mhz +) you need to overclock the cpu. you have your ram set (in bios) to ddr400. set it to ddr333. or lower.

by defualt it was 200 so why would lowering it to 166 help? jsut curious

P.s much stabler now, might try a bigger overclock

because dropping the ram speed lower than stock allows you to raise the cpu speed without running your ram over stock speed (or at least not so far over it cant do it). as you raise the cpu clock, you are also raising the speed of your ram, and the speeds are determined by several factors. welcome to the world of amd overclocking. glad to see that it helped!
