Default CPU Temperature

How can I find out my CPU temperature, and if possible my RAM temperature (I am not sure if there is such a thing)? I want to overclock my CPU, however I do not know of any programs to do so. I have a Dell motherboard, so there are no options in there to overclock. Please help me find a way to overclock my CPU, thanks.

Download CPUZ, it will give you a lot of things you need to know with CPU.

Or just go straight to CMOS. If u own a Lanparty DFI, go into the PC Health Section. The Core CPU temp should be there.

CPU-Z does not show temperature, and also I have a Dell motherboard so I can't see what my CPU temperature is in my BIOS. Any other ways.

you cant overclock a Dell. The BIOSes are locked. SpeedFan and Everest Home Edition are my favorites for checking temps.
