cpu overclock monitor

I tried overclocking my dual core and am now in trouble. I restarted after overclocking and can't seem to get the monitor working. It's not even a week old so the monitor is not the problem. How do I revert the old settings back in BIOS if I can't see what's happening? My cpu and fans seem to be running and my monitors wired correctly. My video card is seated right along with all my peripherals. No burning smell. PLEASE HELP ME!
