Default cpu and mobo compatability concerns

wow its been a long time since i posted here.... but at least this sites still goin strong!

neways i have a celeron processor wit a 107fsb and i need to know if it will work in a board that supports 400/533/800fsb, the socket is 478. I figured it might be one of those backwards compatable deals but id like to know if i have to buy a new processor now so i can buy them together if i need to. Also, if the celeron will indeed work with this mobo i would like to know if the fsb is gonna screw up the memory timings because i am getting ddr500 (pc4000) to go with the board.

Here ar my CPu specs:

The supported speeds are just for reference for people who aren't that familiar. It'll support anything between 400MHz and 800MHz.
