provided temps are ok around 1.4 is fine. I've been running my chip 4.6ghz 1.408V for months now without issue

^^ oooooo thats pretty impressive...yummy.....4.6Ghz......

but yeah it should be fine, going up to 1.5v is where you're reaching the amber zone, and anything over 1.55 is getting a bit dangerous... voltage increases are even more dangerous on a 45nm than a 65nm..
