If I change my "CPU Host Frequency" in the BIOS will this screw with my IDE devices? I have no experience with overclocking and I just upped it from 133 to 156 (19x multiplier, so 2964 MHz).

I don't feel like messing with the voltage so I'm reluctant to go any further, especially since I don't really know what I'm doing to begin with.

2.53 GHz Northy FTW.

Thanks for any tips.

I seem to remember reading something that had something to do with the FSB and IDE drives while overclocking. Maybe I'm just making this up.

In the BIOS it warns me that SATA devices may be sensitive to a change to the host frequency, so this doesn't seem too ridiculous (I don't have any SATA devices, though). I just want to make sure I don't damage anything. Maybe I'm paranoid.
