Default CPU Fan Speed

ok i have a amd 4400+ witha thermaltake typhoon heatsink. the temps get up to about 50 C while im playing BF2, but i also notice that the fan speed is only at about 1300 rpm. is there anyway to increase the fan speed to full or whatever? btw i have a dfi lanparty sli expert if that matters. thanks

wow i just ran that and it cut my computer off. thats wierd. is there another one i can try. also im thinking of going with water cooling, but how would i fit a gpu water block on a 7800gtx. like there isnt a certain chip on the card that i can put it on, from what i can see......
