So am I. From what I have read the bad batch are these:
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

This is what I ordered, the Ballistix Tracers which are what Burninator was referring to I think:
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Well what I do know is that I've been OC'ing them all weekend long. Pushing them hard and then testing them even harder and haven't had one issue.

If you do a search about a bad batch they are definitely referring to the regular Ballistix, not the Tracers.

I read the reviews. Doesn't sound that bad to me. For every bad review there are ten good ones. I may be wrong, but I don't put that much stock in reviews on newegg. Don't get me wrong, I do read them before buying, but am I the only one who feels that some of those reviews are done my people that really don't know what they're doing? You can find negative feedback on almost any product that has a fare amount of reviews.
The Q6600 is one of the best CPU's available, and check out some of these reviews.

Customer Reviews Of Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor - Retail

I am not saying that every Tracer being manufactured is perfect, but I certainly wouldn't be telling people not be buy it because of a few negative reviews on newegg or because of a bad batch that I can't find any info on.
