Cooling a P4 2.8e

I'm sort of new to overclocking - I have a motherboard that pretty much automatically does it for me - since i can't find specs on my processor (as in temperature wise) I'm kind of worried about the temperature of the CPU and mobo

CPU - Idles around 39C (102F)
MOBO - Around 23C (73F - rarely moves)

I have the threshold for the CPU set to 72C and for the mobo at 75C (stock temps for ASUS Probe 2) - anything I should change?

Thats about right. I have a 2.8e and I got my temps down to 95F with adding fans and lapping the heat sink.
