AnandTech: Cooler Master GeminII: Performer or Poser?

You can see it cools okay, but I don't think it's worth it. . . and I paid $0 for mine after a rebate. It's a hassle to get installed and isn't as good as a Tuniq Tower which is just under 50 before shipping. The conclusion on that review is pretty negative as well, should you need more confirmation. - Buy Sunbeam Tuniq Tower 120 S754 S939 S940 S478 LGA775 Heatpipe Cooler 120MM Fan CPU Heatsink - T-120 In Canada.
I'd say that's worth it.

Forget the Gemini II. The TRUE is the best air cooler in my opinion, and experience.

X-bit labs - Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme vs. Super Coolers

Or the Thermalright IFX-14, which is kinda like two TRUEs put together.

Yes, the geminii is a PITA to install. Takes up alot of room and cools okay. I only have one fan on it. I don't know how it would be with two 120mm fans.
