Cool n' Quiet psh...

Ok so I'm not overclocked and my specs are in my sig.

I have discovered I run at 2.3ghz with cool n' quiet on and 2.2 with it off?

Will cool and quiet damper my performance if I leave it on for that extra .1 ?
or am i better off leaving it off and having full clocks at all time?

are you sure its always at 2.3 with it on? It will fluctuate your CPU speed, so for some reason it might get to 2.3 on but not always be there, and 2.2 with it off but constant. If you get me? lol

It has been at 2.3 everytime i've checked it looks like it only underclocks my ram and very little and honestly i have noticed a raise in speed since my ram clocks have been raised and that extra .1 seems to help.

So I guess in my case cool n quiet is helping me.

Plus whenever I'm not doing anything cpu or gpu intensive Im folding so it doesn't really have time to underclock haha

I've pretty much answered my own questions in the last 6 hours
