Where they find and produce the best possible processor and test it to **** and back to see if it is one of the best and send them out to a person who writes reviews on products and will test that product and see what it can and cant handle. Basically Intel finding the best possible overclocking conroes and sending them out.

the IBM cell processor in the ps3 although come clocked at 3.2ghz stock are reported to have 5.2ghz peak. it would be cool to see people put linux on them, OC em and see how many millions of fps the get on glx gears!
