.I've been using O&O Defrag pro for years! great defrager, yes its good to have 0% fragmentation.
Which option do you guys use? I used to defrag in Access Size.. but then I got lazy and just used SPACE.
Also for "disk cleanup" it also deletes alot of usefull files, if your like my and name your backups .bak.. disk cleanup deletes them and a bunch of other stuff. Better off using CCleaner or something.
