Computer Case help

Sry I don't know much about computers but when building one, do u have to make sure that the usb ports, mouse slot and ethernet port and etc all match up with the case's back openings or is there some other way to connect them?? ie: if i bought this case

and used this mother board

the slots on the back of the case don't match up with the motherboard's usbs and stuff does that matter??

Your motherboard should come with it's own backplate (faceplate whatever you want to call it) that has everything already aligned. Just check out the pics of the things included with the mobo and you will see what I mean.
