Default Complete newbie at overclocking

Could anyone give me any tips at overclocking my system/vid card.

I was hoping more at OC'ing my Vid card, but anything would be nice

IntelĀ® 850E Chipset
512 PC800 RDRAM
GForce FX 5600 265MB
ThermalTake Volcano7 Heatsink

Don't remember the brand, but a 500W PS

please try a forum search first, there are loads of posts like this.
Pentium 4 2.8 with M0 stepping.
Only air cooling tho
