have you got links to them....
basicaly you just need to make sure that the cpu will fit in the motherboard.
So if the cpu is a 939 pin you need a 939 socket motherboard.

the ASUS p5ad2-e is one of the best Intel mobo's. Designed for P4. It won't ft for an FX-55.
