hehe cool , The 120 mm are the way to go , The reason you see most cases with 80mm is there cheaper to make.A case with 120mm inlet outlet fans are usually 2 inches deeper .Ive noticed with my setup running the fans at the same RPM cools better .Im using the Antec P160 case .If i purchase another case down the road they will have 120 fans .

Since i have a dell, the stock intake fans were sh/*. so i replaced it with this one now my cpu idle is 38c vs 45c. also the fan can get loud so i would recomend getting a fan controler as well.
