ok i just checked my BIOS and under manual theres

CPU FSB Frequency
AGP/PCI Frequency
DDR Voltage
AGP Voltage
V-link Voltage

what would u recommend to set them at?

you need to start reading some overclocking guides. there are many of them and i will only be paraphrasing what they will tell you. read the guides at the top of this forum, do some googling and get back to us on anything you don't understand.

the basics of it is you want your cpu voltage (vcore) back down around 1.35-1.4v and then you try increasing the FSB by around 5mhz. you boot up windows and then test in a program like prime95. if prime95 doesn't crash then its stable. keep increasing the FSB in increments of 5mhz until it seems unstable and then you increase the voltage by the smallest amount possible and test again

ooo ok thank you very much for the help but one more thing sorry about the voltage. that will go down when i change the overclocking right?
