Default cleaning watercooling

i ran my wc setup to test for about 20 min. But, then i heard i should have cleaned out my rads with vinegar. Should i go ahead and clean them out?

whats the process to do that, just pour some in, let it sit, then pour it out?

Hot tap water, then rinse with distilled.

I didnt clean anything But my temps are still good and i havent see any random particles in the system.
