Default Checking pc temperature

i was wondering how do i go about finding out the temperatures of my pc? im guessing i need some kind of programme?

P.s i downloaded everest the other day and when i click on "sensor" to get all the temps i just get a gray colour screen and nothing happens? everything else on the programme works, just not "sensor"

Thanks for that link but the temps dont seem to show on there either?

Heres some screen shots, first one is Everest and second one is the link posted above:




I dont know if its something im not doing or what?

... Click the 'Readings' tab on speedfan. If that doesnt work then i have no idea .

Did that and nothing is displayed..............


Why wont these programmes tell me anything, all they tell me is things i already know, i.e cpu speed, ram etc, anything to do with temps, volts it wont tell me

how old is ur computer? some older mobo's dont have temperature sensors on them so u wont get any readings.

Is it a Dell? My friend's little brother bought a Dell and it doesn't have any temp readings. If it does, they aren't in use by windows at all.

well my computer that was 4 yrs old didnt have any temperature sensors, and im guessing urs doesnt either simply because none show up on the programs.
