ok, so the PC AirCon PAC 400 by Waffer Technology, doesn't work the same as a typical A/C unit, but it still cools the air.

It uses thermoeletric cooling to cool the air. also know as the Peltier effect.
it looks as though it will cost around $80. but I don't think it has been shipped yet. The one major con to it is the fact that it takes up 2 or 3 5.25 inch drive bays. But, this is the first innovation in this aspect of cooling. I can't wait for what Waffer Technology will roll out next(maybe a smaller version/ one with better cfm and cooling abilities)
