Default Check if ram timings are correct

I just got my whole pc fixed up and now i want to prepare for overclocking.
I am using two different brands of ram, but i ran memtest for a whole night and no errors showed up.

Im going to put up a small log file of my ram info.
Please letme know if my ram timings are correct?
I also read that my mobo is able to change the timings of my ram...not sure if its true.
