Question Cheap PC Cooling

What do you guys think? I am buying this case: - APEX TX- 381 Black Steel MicroATX Mid Tower Computer Case ATX12V 300W Power Supply - Retail
And will be putting a 120mm fan in the front sucking air in and using the 90mm in the back blowing out. I will also be using a cheap CPU cooler. Keep in mind the cone in the side panel of the case.
The specs for the comp are: 3.0 GHZ P4, One LITE-ON drive, 2 GB RAM, 512 MB HIS VCard, and a 350W PSU.
Do you think this setup will keep my components cool enough? Or should I rethink the design.
I have also read that you should take the cone off of the side panel and plug the hole, have you heard this?
