Unhappy Celeron!!! HELP

I am wanting to overclock my friends computer... Here are his specs...

Intel Celeron 2.6 Ghz, 400 Mhz FSB, Multi 26x
Asus P4V533-MX
Xpertvision Ati Radeon 9550, 256 Mb, DDR, AGP 4x
256 Mb Pc2100 Ram

His **** bios wont let me do anything... I cant change Bus speeds, vcore or anything... How can I overclock his system... Or possibly maybe it could raise the multi.. but how to i do that... I just wanna oc it... plz... Thanx

you're prettty much out of luck if you cant do it in the BIOS, you can do through software but its not recommended

Even if you do find something to help you oc i wouldn't do it,You don't have an agp/pci lock and you will probably end up frying something,Word of the wise "If you don't know how to do something read up on it first or you will end up ****ing it all to h3ll"
