Hey everyone i want to get a cathode light(4 in.) to put under my JBL Creature Speakers. I just want the cathode to go under the subwoofer. My question is how much voltage does a cathode need? I searched around and found 12 volts inverter...but i'm not putting the cathode in my computer...the link above shows the speakers specs. Can i hook up the wires inside the subwoofer? The problem is that i dont want to hook it up to a power box thats in computers.

Any help on this would be awsome...

The PC voltage is 12volts, but the inverter makes it a higher voltage. You will need to put 12volts into the cathode.

For the speakers, I don't know how to do it, as I am not a electrician, and I haven't messed around with my speakers. I think it would make the speakers quieter though.
