Arrow Case Window Cleaning...

Okay, my case came with a window. It's plexi glass or... arcylic or something... And there was a film on it. As I removed it some of the sticky stuff remained on the window... Now if it was glass, it would be too easy to remove, but since its plexi/arcylic, I have no idea how to get it off. It's all over and it makes the window look HORRID!! Any suggestions?
