Make sure you can remove the I/O Back Plane from the Case.

If you are planning to really use SLI, I might be changing the PSU too.

How does a san diego 3700 compare to an intel processor? What would be the intel speed equivelant?

ATX case, ATX mobo.

The Intel equivelant? Roughly a 3.7GHz CPU or better.

mobo is 24 pin and psu is 20 pin i think.

The mobo is 24 pin, but I didn't see anything about how many the PSU has.

If you're worried, get an adapter when you order... just in case.
