http://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/cas-196.html this one i like the best and would replace stock fans with vantec tornadoes except the side panel fan.
tell me if u also know of any better cases for around the same price.

I have one vantec tornado on the processor without a fan controller and it does sound like a blow dryer on low.

The chieftec dragon series is great!!!. I got one not too long ago and I got about a loss of 10-15C case temps, 20C on my HD and 5C on my cpu.

Man I usually keep my tornado on Medium with my fan controller. The light turns RED when the knob hits 7v so I keep it probably at 8v right before the light turns red and it's still the most prominant sound in my case. Mind you I got 9 case fans, 2 of them are blower style fans like you'd find in the coolermaster jet series and even with everything else on HIGH you'll here the tornado over everything. If all fans are on high you can hear the computer down the hall lol so I only put it on high when I'm gaming cause I use headphones anyway
