CASE FANS - To Suck or Not To Suck, that is the question

i have 2 fans in the front near the hard drives sucking and one on the side sucking(blowing directly onto the CPU fan) and 1 on top blowing and 1 120mm on the back blowing

hmm...Howabout this setup...

one fan in back blowing in, fan in front blowing in, side fan blowing in, and a fan atop the case sucking out? Is that a good setup? Or should the back fan be sucking out too?

Its just that heat naturally rises, so I thought...

what kinda post is this? they should all be blowing onto your monitor, fans shouldn't have anything to do with a case, geesh, some people
