Just get two 120mm fans for intake and exhaust, and make sure they're ball bearing. They can run very fast when needed, and move much air. For the side intake, get an 80mm fan maybe. Perhaps you'll want a 120mm fan for the side though.
The better the fan, the louder it is lol. Where did you get, the better the quieter? I would always go with 120mm fans. Never get a fan with less then 50-CFM.
Not always Codeine. It isn't always better louder. I had an old shitty fan and made all kinds of noise (120 mm) but now I have a ball bearing that is much quieter (doesn't rock) and it is better too.
