Default Case Cooling

You see...

This is the Case I have

.. But instead I have 2x 8cm fans in the back, not the 12cm. Right now I have..

1x 12cm in the front for INTAKE
1x 8cm on the side for INTAKE
2x 8cm in the back for EXHAUST

.. I have felt my hand in the back where the exhaust is pushing out the air and i noticed the air is warm.. not too warm like the power supply, but the air is warm and I was expecting it to be a bit more colder... so I have 2 questions to ask you guys

1. I browse this website called TigerDirect.CA and I was wondering if you guys could help me by going to the site and finding me a really good 8cm fan, I don't want it to be too loud, but I want it to be more stronger than the 8cm fan i'm going to be replacing, OH all the 8cm fans are 2800RPM and blow 40CFM...

2. Where would I put the new 8cm fan? Bottom or the top? (You know I have 2x 8cm fans in the back.. one on bottom and one above it..)

You have 4 fans which seems typical on your setup.. The air coming out of your computer is going to be warm, you can't excape that unless your ambient temp is cool or you're watercooling.
