CoreCenter. Good little program for beginners and people trying to learn the limits of there CPU. But be aware, if you hit the max overclock possible with a certain LTD your machine will completly lock up. Kinda like when I was at 3X LTD doing 250*9, as soon as the program took it to 251*9 the entire system would lock till I went into the BIOS and lowered it to 2.5LTD. Another issue with this program is, if you reset the BIOS and running this program there will be major issues with it trying to force the CPU up to the overclock again.
